Exported vehicles are sold as-is with a standard 12-month / 20,000 km warranty on powertrain components (engine/motor + transmission). Battery warranty follows the OEM specification. After-sales spare parts are available separately.
We supply a basic spare parts kit with every order (filters, bulbs, wiper blades, etc.). Additional parts can be shipped in the same container at minimal cost. We also maintain a parts catalog for reorder.
We provide a complete document package: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, Export License, and Insurance Certificate. Most countries require these for standard vehicle import. We can also provide additional documents (SONCAP, COC, etc.) upon request.
